From the loss of real intimacy to being forced to eat kelp because of a loss of farmland, Extrapolations attempts to tell the story of humans in climate change, not just climate change itself. But the story is often hopeless and dark, parroting the doomsdayer philosophies of climate change. The show, while factually accurate, misses the opportunity of climate change as a means for bringing sustainable change upon the world. Climate change is in fact, a chance for us to live in a more holistic fashion.
