This I feel is somewhat similar to my situation, so far as waiting on the Lord while suffering. It is difficult to wait for long periods of time without a solution... Yet, I hold on even until the last thread of my Master's Hem.
That is it!! He is there! For you are holding on to his hem. He is there in the furnace with us in our sufferings. He knows great suffering because he himself went through the most horrible humiliation, suffering, evil, and pain during his incarnation and crucification. He felt the deep anguish of being separated from the father’s love when he uttered “My God My God why have you forsaken me” when he bore our sins. He is there for us and knows our pain.

Father God, we as church family, members of your holy body, lift this child up to you. Whatever hardships, struggles, and obstacles are in the way, they were nailed to the cross where you went willingly. We love you Lord, and pray for your hands to be on this child of yours.
