What if the patients, the staff, the doctor, or even the admin forgot their password, how will they recover it? 2. As a client or a patient, how will you convince me to use your system instead of the messenger? Because in messenger, all I have to do is message the said clinic, and also I can talk to the person in charge in real-time. 3. I want to see what will happen during the cancellation of the appointment, why you didn't present it? 4. What is the purpose of the surgical instruments button or section to your system? 5. Why can't the doctor view the unapproved appointment and the reason why they were not approved? 6. How will your system handle the follow-up check-up? 7. The part where printing medicine prescription, I notice that you don't have a print button, only a save and cancel button. As a user, what button do I need to click to be able to print the medicine prescription? 8. Adding another doctor or admin, in the login credentials section in the email part, why do you use red color for notifying that the email is available, why not use green? 9. You have a backup for the database, how about restoring it?
