Here's my review of Clinique's Moisture Surge Overnight Mask. I've wanted to try this for ages but never got around to it... until now! Have you tried the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask? Thank you for demonstrating this overnight mask from Clinique. I received this in a 75mil size in a gift bag and never used it because I didn't know how to apply it. Your video was very helpful and you are a delight to watch. I am much older than you (my grandkids are probably your age) and I don't use a lot of products on my face but I will give this a try.

I just watched your video and tried the product for the 1st time (I've had it since my husband bought as a Christmas gift🤫!). I agree with everything you said & absolutely LOVE how my skin feels! Love your channel, cheers! P.S- my hubby uses the moisture surge eye 96-hr hydro filler

@@amybitter2729 yes, put it on for the night. In the morning splash your face with water and use a damp cloth to remove the mask, mostly it’s al been taken in by your skin.

I recently started using this. I agree that it has a unique texture when you apply it before bed. I don't think my face feels oily, but definitely feels some kind of "wet" and then when I wake up my face feels and looks extremely hydrated. It had a really soft texture too, it made me want to keep touching my skin lol, especially around my forehead and temples!

We have the same skin and I loved when you said it had a healing effect the next day looks like whatever the skin was fighting off it's recovered with the mask.

yes, i have this mask and yes it looked exactly how you put it on and woke up with I couldn't figure out the right word for the effect it was having on me, but "healing" is the perfect word for it thanks for that :)

Thank you for the information about Marumaru Butter! I also find algae extract in its ingredient list which has a comedogenic rating of 5/5, the highest and the worst. The overnight mask has oil in it, while the 100-hr moisturizer doesn't, so probably the former isn't non-acnegenic while the latter is.

I love the Moisture Surge Overnight Mask. I have dry / normal skin and use it probably 3 nights per week. Ps what lipstick are you wearing? I like the colour!!!

I love the moisture surge line. I just tried the mask and lip balm last night and I can tell me face looks more plump. The fine lines around my eyes are a bit less visible. I'm going to continue the treatment for a month to see how I do.

Did you wash your face in the morning? Did you apply the Moisture Surge? Before applying your makeup? I'm new to Clinique and have so much product I'm really not sure in what order to use. What about the All About eyes Cream?

Hi lovely, yes I did wash my face in the morning but not to wash off the product, just because it’s my usual skincare routine to do morning and evening. Moisturiser is usually the last step of a skincare routine as it locks everything in and this mask is basically a really intense moisturiser so I use it at the end and the eye cream just before it xx

@@AmyAstridBeauty thank you. I did wash it off the next morning, applied the moisture surge then, concealer then the sheer foundation. Soooo ok. I have the balm, the mask, Moisture Surge pink ,moisturizer yellow, eye cream, corrector for a few dark spots. Please HELP in what order and AM/PM routines. I'm so confused 😕. I would go to the Clinique counter, just a bit afraid with the flu and Covid being so heavy in this area right now. Your advice is greatly appreciated

I wanted to ask. Do you think the blackhead solutions 7 day scrub can be used daily as your regular face wash?

The 7 day scrub is recommended for use once daily I believe. It’s not a product I use personally so I’m not 100% sure. Check the packaging to see if you need to use a cleanser first and then use the 7 day scrub to exfoliate or whether it’s a 2-in-1 situation x

I have battled blackheads since puberty (28 now) - specially the nose/cheeks. Type III skin, I used this product daily until the bottle was gone and honestly feel like my blackheads were the same or worse than just using the regular 3-step Acne Solutions regimen. Hope it worked for you

Is this product not Noncomedogenic and should it be used once a week, every night, over another moisturizer? Currently I use the 100H AM and PM but have been using the Mask PM also. I cleanse with CeraVe's Foaming Facial Cleanser but had been reacting to something and went basic and 2.5 weeks ago I switched to Vanicream Gentle Cleanser and now my face has been dry and flaky. I went back to CeraVe last night as of now but not sure if in general I shouldn't be using the mask as much as I am on every single night over the 100H?
