I've never ever taken care of myself. Recently I've found myself in an economically comfortable position, so I decided I wanted to start pampering my body. Getting manipedis, nice haircuts, etc. Without any clue of what to expect, I was told to buy this product. I put it on about 20 minutes ago. Ho Ly Shit I feel like a happy chubby wet seal. I feel like a freshly watered houseplant. I feel like a ripe peach. Y'all been holding out on me. This is great. I thought skincare was something to be "endured". It's ACTUALLY enjoyable. I chuckled and did a little happy dance when I put this stuff on and ran to tell my husband to touch my face. I recommend this product! It made me happy!

I discovered Clinique a month ago. I am very surprised of how hydrating it is. I have skin allergies to most moisturizers. This one is the only one that wont give me pimples and rashes. Love love love .

same, I legit gave up on skin care because they make my skin worse than before until i started using moisture surge. It's expensive for my student budget back then that's why I never tried until I started working and make enough. My skin was near flawless except for the occasional angry pimples and pulling night-outers until my one year study in the UK and winter ruined it. I desperately tried many other products but none worked in replenishing moisture or at least help my flakey skin recover but this saved my life. I also use estee lauder night repair serum along with this now because it works even better on rough days.

Thank you so much for your review. Moisture Surge is my fave moisturiser. It's the only one that actually really working. I'm gonna go for the new formula and try out. I hope for my skin it will be a subtle change too :)

I've been a Clinique junkie for over 20 years but have recently been learning more about skincare from RU-vidrs such as Hyram, James Welsh and Pampered Wolf and have been trying different brands such as The Inkey List, CeraVe and The Ordinary. However, I have come full circle and have reverted back to Clinique for some products. I had a sample sachet of this 100H moisture surge but there wasn't enough to test it over a period of time. PS I like that this channel is now purely for Beauty😘

@@AmyAstridBeauty I’ve stopped using the Clinique liquid facial soap and have been using CeraVe SA cleanser but Hyram’s Selfless new cleanser arrived yesterday so I’m trying that. I’ve stopped using Clinique clarifying lotion and instead using Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant. After trying several fragrance-free moisturisers, I have returned to the classic Clinique dramatically different as it really suits my skin. I have to use fragrance-free skincare as I have allergic reactions to fragrance and essential oils. I’ve also added a Niacinamide serum into my routine. Tried a few. Currently using one from The Ordinary

Thanks for this Clinique video. Good info. I've been using the 72 hour still, a jar lasts a long time, so it's a good value. Works great on hands too, under my hand cream. I'm looking forward to trying the 100 hour.

Try it as a mask…. Apply and leave on for 5 minutes and then wash off- phenomenal results

I use this moisturizer…. Love it. I’m 51 and most people think I’m in my early 40’s. It’s by far the BEST I ever tried- used Chanel for a couple years and Clinique blows them away!! Also- dry hands?? Use it there too!!

I’ve been using the moisture surge for a few years now and love it do much because its so light ! However, now i just found its not ‘nourishing’ enough anymore for my skin tho.. its still makes it smooth etc but maybe for the winter i will try the intense version instead and see how that goes…

I've used Clinique Moisture Surge 72H for ages upon ages and now the 100H since the change. I also have their Overnight Mask. Do you use the 100H both AM and PM?

It seems to make wrinkles more pronounced, I only used it once overnight. Next day my skin felt soft, but wrinkles looked deeper. Not kidding.

Hello, I have been using moisture surge for over 30 yrs now. One of my favorite skincare products. I was wondering if you have tried the supercharged concentrate or the 96 HR for the eyes and what your thoughts were on these.

Hi Tonya, it’s one of my favourites too! I have tried the moisture surge eye and to be honest, I didn’t love it. If I remember correctly, I found it very sticky. I have tried their All About Eyes cream though and like that better. There’s a review of the Moisture Surge Eye if you’d like to see what I thought more in depth. Based on the comments of that video, many people do really like the product so as always it just comes down to personal preference really, doesn’t it? Hope that helps 💕

I picked up some samples of the new moisture surge. 😍😍I love the old one so can’t wait to try it. Im gonna ignore the 100hr cos you need to use it everyday so why the 100hr. It’s just a marketing hype. It’s my holy grail 😁😁😁😁 I’m just puzzled as to when I use it 🤔🤔 the Clinique lady said to put in on after my Clinique dd moisturiser? Just wondered when you use it? Could this be your stand alone moisturiser? Thank you for your review 🥰😍

I think you’re right about the 100hr wording being a marketing ploy tbh. They’re not very clear about what it actually means 🤷🏻‍♀️ personally I use it as a standalone moisturiser and that’s enough hydration for my skin 💗

Do you apply it on slightly damp skin? I honestly tried both, but still find it takes quite long to sink in and remains a little greasy/sticky, except in the undereye-area where I so far love its effect...thank you! My skin used to be oily, now I'd say it's normal with a just very little oily T-zone, maybe I should have bought the lighter supercharged concentrate (with the pump)?

Usually on dry skin but I find it sinks in pretty quickly on my skin. Everyone is different though I suppose! It’s so nice in the undereye area 😍

It has hyralonic acid in it . I wonder if that is what makes it feel sticky. Hyralonic acid will feel sticky of applied to try skin , it's actually supposed to be applied on damp skin to work properly. Not a lot of ppl know that I find. Do you think it is sticky because it was applied to dry skin and not damp?

I hope you don’t mind me replying but I understand the struggle with dry/sensitive/dehydrated skin. I had to stop using this new formula as I didn’t find it hydrating. I was prescribed epaderm from the doctor (about £12 from boots which I now purchase all the time) and I fully recommend it. My skin is clearer and so much healthier and hydrated. It can be used head to toe aswell and also as cleanser. I also use it on my boys! So win win! And it’s affordable too. I really hope this helps x

I wonder if this would work better for my mom. The chemo she’s taking dries her skin terribly. The last version I bought her helped a bit, but it didn’t help retain the moisture balance. Of course, I’m not sure anything can get her skin back to normal until she gets back to remission.

I wish the best for your mom🧡 she can also try Loccitane Reset Serum, I didnt try this but Reset Serum is really make a difference in one night on tired skin like you had a wonderful sleep even tho you dont sleep that night. So i think it would work for her, and super light without any irritation

Hello, My mom used the moisture surge along with Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. Chemo can affect one's body in so many ways. I haven't had chemo bit as I age my skin has gotten so very dry! I also started using the 8 hour cream in the Eve and have continued to use the dramatically different lotion during the day. I use moisture surge both am /pm and my skin thanks me.

I was gifted this but not sure how to use it. It says to use it before or after makeup or as a 5 minute mask, so I can’t leave it on overnight? It felt more cream like and dried real quick which I didn’t like. Didn’t make my face feel hydrated.

I haven’t tried yet with the 100HR one yet but they said that when the 72HR formula came out a few years ago too. Personally, I wear quite heavy makeup so I found that it just made everything a bit slippery but if you wear minimal makeup it could work for you!

Hi, I’ve never noticed a smell- what does it smell of? Fragrance free means no added fragrance, but some of the ingredients may have a fragrance naturally so it could be that you’re particularly sensitive to smell and have noticed that but if it’s a strong smell I would suggest returning it or seeking advice at your local Clinique counter or through their online live chat system as there should not be any strong smell with this product.

to me clinique's claims of their products are ridiculous. smart serum that is "smart" and detects the flaws of one's skin and repairs them, 100h moisturizer, clinical optical illusions dark spot whatever eraser... they need to hire someone to get their formulas out of 80s and tell them that people don't use soaps to wash face and alcohols as toners anymore. If I am totally honest about this cream, I received a sample of it and with all the "improvements" they done on it, they still haven't made it not pill on the skin and it layers awful with other skincare, especially sunscreens.

I have to agree with you on the claims. I wish they’d focus less on making crazy claims and more on what the products actually do because I think they have a really great range and don’t need to rely on gimmicks

falso. La compré esta semana, gasté una barbaridad y en mi experiencia siendo una persona de cutis liso y mixto de 38 años no hace nada. Literal no se diferencia en nada a la sensación de las hidratantes de garniel que valen 30 veces menos. Lo apliqué y en el minuto se siente fresco etc, pero a los 10 minutos y siguiendo el día no se siente absolutamente nada de hidratación es más, al tocar la piel ( que no se siente en nada pero es que nada hidratada) al tocar mi rostro se siente como la supercie de un cartón. Por lo cual, les cuento que nunca más voy a comprar nada de esta marca, les juro que lo que les digo es verdad, no lo recomiendo para nada. Yo usaba la roché posay y a veces loreal, ambas son mucho mejore y mucho mas económicas...
