my father lived to 93 in excellent health and he and Clint almost looked identical we always wondered who would go first they share the same birth year, my dad was born in June. My dad died first. He died from a fall doing something he shouldn't have been doing - so had bleeding on the brain and died a few days later. He was slim, fit and active - still making furniture and fixing his car etc, but we wanted him to give up the power tools. Ate meat, eggs, fish, chicken, seafood, and never had anything but a cooked breakfast every day - lunch was always half a plate of protein half a plate of vegetables. Never touched processed refined foods. Enjoyed about ten cups of tea a day - and if he had a treat in the afternoon it was just a homemade fruit cake or something with butter not margarine but he was proud of being slim and fit. Only problem was he didn't do resistance training so he was fit but lacking muscle - hence his wobble off the ladder and falling. If only he'd let us clean his gutter.

Been a huge fan of Clint’s since I first saw Dirty Harry as a kid , still my favorite movie of all time !

Clint Eastwood is my favorite actor of all time. His Movies were always at the top of my list. Westerns like The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Unforgiven, and then the Dirty Harry series rank among the best of all time in my books.

I've liked Clint since I was 15 and saw him on Rawhide. He didn't say a lot on that show, but he was believeable in that role. He went to Italy to make those westerns and by doing that he blazed his own trail in Hollywood.

I am 78, and agree with what he's doing. I feel and look great. Eat the right food, no drinking, sleep well, exercise and rest your body too. Many people don't believe when I tell them my real age. I also watch Jeopardy in everyday. I have a girlfriend much younger than me. Don't let little and unimportant things bother you. Again the number one is what you eat. I cook daily, I love it.

Its genetics. It doesnt hurt that his mom lived to be 97. My grandmother has never watched her diet; she eats what she wants. She's older than Eastwood. All of her siblings out-lived Eastwood, too and her parents died in their 90s a loooong time ago before there were all these dos and dont's... Enjoy life and stay active. There's nothing better than walking or riding a bike, or just finding things that you're passionate about, and yes, eat to live.

That’s a true comment avoid sugars and refined carbs and just some wine occasionally or skip it entirely if you can. There’s plenty of doctors on RU-vid that will tell you sugar is the root of all human problems, but the desire by companies for profits get in the way of people eating healthy they know sugars are addicting and they’re not good for you, but companies gotta make profits.

Clint is the man. Watch a movie called "What the Health." You won't eat chicken, fish, beef, pork or dairy anymore. Very interesting and funny. As far as cravings go, the only thing I crave is vegetables love them. Oreos ha ha they are vegan. 12 years solid, I work out and run nearly every day and now a senior citizen. Love it. People say, do you treat yourself sometimes with a burger or something I think I would puke, I have absolutely no desire to so-called treat myself. Awesome Clint one of the best for sure. The cravings in the beginning for me were pizza and ice cream but I found substitutes and if you put sauce on anything it taste good ha ha.

Since Clint didnt say any of this (at least not in the video) I dont believe it.
