Bridgeport has been trapped in a vortex of evil since I was a little kid, around 60 years ago. Some kind of curse on Bridgeport, they say.

I think the haunted surrounded the girl not the house. But it is so tiny how anyone could live in that house seems crazy to me

Polaroid, self-developing film cameras were popular back then. Why didn’t anyone think to bring one, and take a photo of the levitations? Why are there no audio recordings of the cat?

Agreed. Very, very strange. I'm new to this case, but with all those people, the police department and the fire department, and all the media outlets there, and there is no real photographic evidence.

@@paulor1027 they weren’t all in on the hoax but they were all undoubtedly fooled by the hoax tho. If everyone thinks they’re in a haunted house, then every little noise or movement becomes a ghost. Ppl get all worked up into a fury and next thing you know there’s 10 ppl all telling you how they seen this and that.

What's,that street called,its narrow so only one car can fit and there's like one house in the back and sometimes lights are on. I remember we went there at night didn't see nothing but heard shit and its insaine if another car comes. Then its who's gonna try and turn around first

From the outside front view that house just looks very dark and evil the same way I felt about the demon house from the front view of that porch and house, I can deal with a little lost ghost or a few bumps in the night but if shit starts happening like the movie poltergeist or the exorcist I am THEE fuck outta there at that moment and I’ll come back to get my belongings when I have at least 10 other people with me…

I just watched an ed and lorainne warren official channel video, speaking about this case and nowhere was this guy mentioned; and in half of the incidents that he mentions here, where mentioned in their interview.

Ed and Lorraine didn’t stick to this case because 1. It was real. 2. It didn’t fit their everything is demonic possession narrative 3. They couldn’t get the father to agree to make money off of this.

@@beautifullychaoticentertai6320 it didn’t fit their narrative. A false narrative at that. There’s no church records of them actually playing part in actual church investigations. The Church kept meticulous records about cases back then as local parishes were not allowed to perform exorcisms without approval from Rome. At the very least local parishes would not dare use lay “demonologists” who were known to encourage families to make money off their haunting. Ed Warren told the father of the girl at Lindlee street that he could make money off this. Said the same to the family in England.

@@amanwithnohands I agree, but also it wasn't demonic. I'm very well aware how the Catholic Church handles situations like this. You are absolutely correct, they need to have absolute proof, and gain approval, but didn't have it because the evidence wasn't there.

I just listened to a podcast. It said Marcia died at age 51 from natural causes. It also added that she never spoke of the things that happened, possibly to get away from her past & leave it there.

@@Ange3333 I found a book on the haunting that was published in 2014. It said that Marcia went back to Canada to find her real parents and that (at least at the time) only a cousin could confirm that she was in Canada. There was also a private investigator that could not trace her in the US and that records in Canada were too hard to get. What podcast did you listen to that said she died?

The only things that really happened were things moving around. No one got hurt. The girl was telekinetic, and caused the occurrences herself. She died at an early age. People currently live in that house, and do not have any paranormal activity. My mother was a junior in highschool and lived right down the street at the time. She remembers being picked up from school and seeing the cops etc outside the home. She of course kept up with what was going on, so that's how she knows what the true story was.

this is not true my grandmother was the detective for this case there was a talking cat that said wierd phrases and spoke in toungues on 2 legs standing BOTH of my grabdmothers deputies went crazy after this

@@Serendipity_GamingX I'm not so your grandmother said, but it's common knowledge in the BP that the girl was telekinetic, and caused the occurrences herself. All anyone who lived there during that time and they'll tell you. Just had a discussion from about this with a few neighbors, and they all said the same exact thing. Maybe that was a tale she told you, but it's not true. Even the cop that got injured while investigating in the house spoke on it.

Yes you are also correct that the lead detective/investigator was a male , and not a female. Someone lied to this young man saying his grandmother was lead investigator. Simply not true.

I did a lot of paranormal investigating got tons of pics n Evps but stopped because I got an evp with a mans voice that said “ do you not know that you shouldn’t be doing this.” ? It sounded like Either Jesus or God.

You guys might find this funny,,yesterday i went to bed early, early, i woke up at 11:30,thinking it was 5:30a.m(time to go to work),so ,i laid there watching videos without sound,i didn't want to wake my husband. THE KITCHEN IS ACROSS FROM MY BEDROOM, HOUSE IS ONLY 1,000SQ FEET,NO GARAGE, I LIVED OUT IN THE COUNTRY, REMOTE AREA,VERY QUIET,,AS I LAID THERE I CAN HEAR SOUNDS OF CHIP BAG BEING HANDLE,,THEN IT STOP,,I THOUGHT BAG FELL OVER, OR SLID,THEN IT STARTED UP AGAIN,,THEN I THOUGHT, OH NO!ITS A MOUSE!,I GENTLY WOKE MY HUSBAND ,TOLD HIM IN A WHISPERED, GET UP,WE HAVE A MOUSE,went to the kitchen,nothing at all,,my husband is a handy man,,he makes sure all holes are calked,because of spiders,scorpions, mice,rats are taken care of by 33 Country cats.I yell in the kitchen to tell whatever it was to go to sleep,,i have to go to work!!!
