I don't have a timer, you can just count the seconds before I move and after I kill The Skeleton if you don't want to trust it. (I calculated the time to be about 42:28)

After he does the martial Kai scroll ability he tab glitches either before or right after he gets off the sandpod so that he can jump off it and dash onto the island. Or he could be doing something else
