call me captain by far the best imo. Consider the chance of utilizing his fire support with each activation. If you have 10 activations and he fire supports each time, that's 30 more red dice that round than by himself. Huge wound potential there. Not to mention separate pools can utilize him even more.
Offensive Push can only generate 1 Aim token per card use and Jump does let you ignore difficult terrain. From the RRG under Jump X “While performing a move with the jump x action, a unit ignores the effects of difficult terrain.”
