only babies are afraid of humans. they don't see us as food but the adults know that they are big enough to kill us. they are armoured to take a buffalo kick. their bodies are like heavy sandbags. that's so that blows are absorbed. a full human kick would feel like a tap.
Man with big stick: "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!" Komodo Dragon: "Excuse me, chump?" Man with big stick: "I mean, ... ... allow me to clear the commoners out of your way, oh great one." Komodo Dragon: "Thought so."
Grizzly claw whoa, calm down there. This little guy just wanted to pass. And I see that you like grizzly bears, so should we kill them because they're big and have claws? Chill.
Grizzly claw calm down. They arent really fast. Alsp shooting these kinds of reptiles is stupid. They are endangered. Youre that typical hunting you, loves grizzlys and shit but is scared of a slow reptile.
I don’t care how experienced or trained people are, you simply do not turn your back on this animal. Many scientists call it the single most deadly predator on the face of the earth.
@@stoolpigeon4285 the most dangerous thing is that it basically combines the venom of a small animal with the strength of a big animal. It may not kill you with claws or a bite but the toxin will unless treated
@@stoolpigeon4285 You not that bright and a little bit on the ignorant side. You need to look at some RU-vid videos about them dragons They can take down a whilther beast Poisen it and wait like 4 hour to die and eat them.
@@Cork_YT I’ve been to komodo island and had a guide with a stick it is enough for them to avoid it, they stay near people and avoid them on the most part, they are dangerous but watch videos on a women chasing one off with a branch. You can make up some false scenarios if it helps you. Also depending on the time of day how active the dragons are
@@owainhopkins425 what about the komodo using its tail. Surprised as close as these people were it didn't whip them like some of the videos with smaller monitors when something is a bit too close at the rear.
@@KatariaGujjar a bigger komodo dragon scaring a smaller one isn't a social hiearchy. Nor is two fighting for territory them fighting for alpha status.
@@yellowandbrown1864 _The eating habits of Komodo dragons follow a hierarchy, with the larger animals generally eating before the smaller ones. The largest male typically asserts his dominance and the smaller males show their submission by use of body language and rumbling hisses. Dragons of equal size may resort to "wrestling." Losers usually retreat, though they have been known to be killed and eaten by victors.[43][44]_ en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Komodo_dragon
Matt Mattius dude. it's not poisonous with venom. it has bacteria in it saliva that'll kill. but, it takes a while for the bacteria to infect and kill. if the animal is big enough, the komodo will have to follow it for a few days until it gets week and dies. no cure for it either.
gil7331 Actually about 8 years ago that was debunked. It is venom, Not bacteria. And the proper term is venomous. Something is only poisonous if you eat it and the toxins have the same effect. Which is actually very rare.news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/05/090518-komodo-dragon-venom.html
jeremyfox26 yeah. for the longest time they would say it was bacteria, so after I told these dudes that it wasn't venom, I started reading that they had changed it from bacteria to venom. I blame my mistake on the discovery channel for not showing enough documentaries on these dragons. lol
the way the stick didn't phase it all and it kept on walking through the crowd like a boss lmfaoooo. i would like the visit the island so bad but it's also terrifying!
Was not disappointed with the music choice, but YT seems to think I need to see all the Komodo Dragon videos whilst on lockdown and I've seen how fast they are so I wouldn't be standing that close.
