According to Gabriel van Hellsing’s brother’s cousin’s roommate Josh, that one frat guy you met at his boat house in Lake Havasu on that one Spring Break many years ago, you can kill a margarita vampire with a tequila sunrise. All you need is the following: 3 parts Tequila, 1 part Grenadine syrup, 6 parts Orange juice, a orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish, and one beam of sunlight on a morning sunrise. AND IT HAS TO BE A MORNING SUNRISE AS IN THE FIRST CRACK OF DAWN! NOTHING ELSE! Enjoy killing your margarita vampire and please drink responsibly.

Honestly, I never seen the effectiveness of the cross being tied to the belief of the vampire but I seen it lampshaded 3 times. It is like when an isekai protagonist talks about how they usually supposed to get back to normal world except that actually used to be the case.
