Everyday activity videos like these are important; as we live more and more in space, we're going to encounter more issues with everyday life. It might not have seemed like a big deal when we were barely grazing our atmosphere, but now that we're spending months at a time in space, we have to address these issues.

I love that Chris is so down to earth , and funny!

Could actually be because of the microgravity. Blood rushes to your head (closer to the heart), and causes tissues there to swell up.
