House on market since January with numerous price reductions, delists, relists and 5 days prior to explosion price was yet again reduced. Last price was $100K less than in January's listing price. House was an albatross to owner. Now it's not. Go figure.
What I heard was the house up for sale and later in the day there was suppose to have an open house. I eonder if these houses have gas lines into these homes. Cause if they do, a leak was the problem. Bge called in to check where leak coming from at the house. No body was smoking cigarettes, so had to be a massive build up till it was to late to divert the gas and then the explosion. Am sure the investigators will find the problem
that seems like a long time for this area in this market Curious what the listing says about type of furnace, type of dryer , type of cooktop and stove , and type of fireplace, all gas ? Natural gas or propane?
