Glad you enjoyed it! I'm glad I figured out the maps, too. I felt like I was driving in circles - even when I was the one driving it, so I thought others might feel the same way. These are definitely going to be fun neighborhoods to watch.

I am having so much fun watching your videos. I’m learning a lot about the surrounding areas of Orlando. I’m trying to convince my husband to move to Winter Garden. Hopefully one day, but in the meantime, I’ll watch your videos and be a passenger in your car.

Haha this was so much fun! I feel like your passenger in the car and I’m going on a tour! Oh yeah well that’s kinda the point. That road completion by January 2026 wow! The houses look beautiful. And not far from Disney. So nice! Thank you so much.

I'm glad you enjoy the ride along. I love doing these. I'm really looking forward to watching this area grow. This was one of my favorite locations when we were looking at houses. It just wasn't the right one for us then.

Great job, Stef! The connector for Fleming to Sawgrass will be located just before the construction site you drove up to in that open field to your left at the 55:50 mark of your vlog. The Fleming backcountry road will make a hard left there in front of the new housing and connect to Sawgrass.

I thought it was in that area. I didn't realize they were building apartments back on there on the sawgrass side until after this drive. That connection area is going to be much needed. Can't wait to see how all this works out.

Very interesting, I liked it. Seems like FL has a lot of two lane roads with no passing. I hate those because someone is always riding my tail! Certain times of day, your traffic seemed okay. FL is beautiful!

Yes. I try to go out during the less busy times to film, so you can actually see it. But we have a lot of roads that could be wider. Thankfully, we still have plenty of trees and landscape to see, too.

If it's the one on Hartzog road; that is a fantastic location. That whole area is going up very fast. I have this on my list for sure.

Yes that’s the one!! It’s so nice and great that you do this so people like me in a whole different state can see the areas. Are there Targets in Winter Garden? Also in that’s area of Osprey Ranch are the elementary schools and other schools nearby?

There is a target at Flamingo crossing right around the corner, one at 192 and one at the Daniels road clear up in Winter Garden. I think the closest elementary is on Seidel Road - it's not far, but I also don't know the zoning.
