Closet Clean Out (PART 2) HUGE wardrobe declutter for 2023!!! 

its the fact that caitlyn DOES NOT CARE ABOUT BRANDS so she holds all the clothing pieces to the same standard not thinking about items worth but the design.

Caitlyn has NO sentiment over clothing and was absolutely savage. She was a delight to watch.

I love the dichotomy of Lucy's decision making process in this versus Caitlin's. It's "Hmm, she has a nicer duplicate of this. She said once that she doesn't like this style anymore in dresses." Versus "I hate this! This is terrible! HEINOUS!!!" Lolololol 🤣🤣

Agree with Caitlyn - it doesn't matter what the brand is or whether it was expensive, as long as it's comfortable and you love it ❤

I would hire Caitlyn to cull my wardrobe. She's direct and (almost) entirely correct

I agree completely with Caitlin, just because it's LV or channel doesn't mean it's good. You should love it because it feels good to wear and makes you happy regardless of the brand

Knowing Caitlyn is a graphic designer really puts this in context actually. The one class in university I took from a graphic design professor really instilled in me the philosophy of getting rid of things, not getting attached to ideas, iterating, simplifying, making quick aesthetic judgements, etc.

I love how brutal but kind she is. Very much "You are beautiful but this is gross." It's so lovely to see. I want her to know that we value her interpretations :)

Whilst I understand Caitlyn's (sorry if that is the incorrect spelling) perspective about practicality and not caring about brands, it's also fine to be a fan of designer and high fashion as well. There's such a vast history to it and fundamentally it's a form of art. I do agree though that Alex had far too many impractical pieces here to the point where a lot were just wasting space, so it was probably useful to have such a harsh perspective. Also could you put Caitlyn's channel in the description? I think it's been missed out

lmao caitlyn saying her decisions won't be based on aesthetics and immediately pronouncing things awful. but seriously, i think a lot of us need that friend who gets ruthless with decluttering/cleaning. you may not agree with all their choices, but it's good to get that perspective when you might be holding onto stuff you'd actually be fine getting rid of.

I think I prefer Lucy's approach, as she took more of Alex's style and what Alex likes into consideration, whereas Caitlyn seemingly got rid of stuff she didn't like. It was pretty epic watching all the clothes getting squeezed onto that rack though. 😆 Can't wait to see what Bec does!
