If I hated it and thought it looked bad, I'd be nice and pick something I "liked" from the look... I'd say something like "I like the colours youve used"... That way, I'm giving a honest and polite answer, in that, I like the colours, and ive avoided having to say "I like the colours, but they look bad on you, along with your application and technique "

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't really feel like that's her type of style (I do love Melanie though). However, person above is absolutely right. Alex would absolutely rock a Patel Goth style type. Friendly tips for anyone: Hair spray works really well for taking hair dye off of bathroom counters etc. Also putting Vaseline around the hair line helps prevent staining on the skin.
I've been struggling getting blue hair stains from my shower! Even bleach is not cutting it. What kind of hair spray? The holding spray? Or shine spray?

I must say three things : first, black hair suits you and I really wasn't expecting that because I have a similar complexion and black hair on me looks AWFUL. Second, I love that Dan seems more and more comfortable in front of the camera and we get to see his goofy side, it's adorable ! And lastly, Katelyn's "ohlala" was so French that it literally startled me 🤣 (And that's coming from a French girl)

I'm blonde and my hubby is a redhead. Red hair is dominant over blonde, but my son was a blondie! It's gone a dark blonde, light brown now, so it's different from mine, and more like my dad's colouring was. (Hubby's family are all redheads).
@@aikanae1 actually blonde is dominant over red hair, even dark red vs light blonde. Both parents must carry MC1R gene because in order to have red hair you need two copies of it. A random mutation can happen but that's rare.

That hair colour looks stunning on you, I’ve been every hair colour at this point and don’t regret any of my choices. Dark hair with your usual clothes would look really nice and you have the right skin tone for it.
When the color was in her head I was a little scared cause it looked a little too cool toned for her skin but once it was dry it looked magnificent! It fit her so well!

I really like this colour, maybe a little too dark, but a hair colour with little bit of contrast just fits your complexion so much better than a pastel shade. It looks great 😊

Alex, all of these videos have finally convinced me to do what I thought was the impossible; dying my hair a crazy fun color. My parents were very similar in that they always told me not to do anything with my hair because they loved it and at 23 (24 in two days) I finally did it! Your videos had been on my mind since I saw all of these videos and I just want to say thank you again! I rewatched these during my bleaching and dying process, and I will say it was so much fun!
