😂 So that's why in the end, after recovering his true-self, Cloud tells that he wants to meet Aerith in the Promised Land. So that's why in AC he lives in Aerith's church. So that's why, even after defeating his sense of guilt, whe don't see him in a romantic scene with Tifa, but running with his motorbike in a flower field that reminds Aerith's flowers. People can have their opinions, but misunderstanding and changing facts is something different. Cloud's feelings for Aerith are Cloud's, not Zack, and it's obvious even to stones now.

@@angelicabulgarelli4949 we would assume that Cloud liked Aerith if you only watched AC. Like me, I knew the old game but never played it so I never really understood the whole story when I watched AC. But when I played the game, then rewatched the AC, there is more of a romance for CloTi. Then I read the plans and opinions of the SE staff on the 1st ff7, based on that, I really think they pushed Cloud and Tifa as canon. But ofcourse, the original ff7 had an intention of love-triangle so they can't really reveal sides. There is guilt in Cloud which is really strong especially since he recovered his real memories,. For Cloud, he failed Zack and he even failed Zack's love, Aerith. However, I wouldn't deny that I felt like Cloud had developed a crush on both Aerith and Tifa, but I just felt the sisterly vibes from Aerith towards Cloud, like nurturing a lost, suffering child. Tifa is motherly but Aerith is sisterly, especially to Cloud who is innocent and pure in a way. Hopefully though, this remake will finally fix the love triangle issue. Although I love the Cloud-Tifa ship, my ultimate ship would be Aerith-Zack even if there's no really solid scenes between them. But imagining them together is really

@@missshion8090 This has no sense, it can't just be sense of guilt if, in the end, Cloud is seen in a flower field which symbolises Aerith. If he loves Tifa and he's romantically happy with her, than the final credits should have give us a Cloti scene, something that doesn't happen for a reason. P.s I say this having Tifa as my favorite character, meaning that I'm trying to look at things with an analytical eye, and not moved by my personal preferences between the two girls.

@@aquaamethysttears5183 Sorry, but for me is absurd to assume that Cloud liked Aerith only from AC. Just think about the "But I... we're here for you" scene in the OG, which is not an optional choice. That is a typical esitation of a guy who's awkwardly experiencing his romantic feelings for a girl and changes the sentence to hide them. Anyway, even if we see things in a different way, I really hope like you to see what will happen in the remake.

Even then it's still Clear Cloti is endgame! It's also clear Cloud is dealing with survivors guilt he even says he wants to be forgiven the reason he was so upset is because he blamed himself for Aerith's death and felt like it was his fault, but at the end when he saw she was okay (and with Zack even) that he was able to be happy then him and Tifa were giving each other the eyes at the end! Clerith fans have no argument other than that damn fanfiction uncannon novel which is why they always quote it when they have nothing else to go off of. 😅

After Cloud and Zack were experimented on for four years Cloud gets Mako poisoning and he ends up losing his memories other than the ones he has with Tifa and doesn't regain all of his memories until the end of FF7! That's why he's so aloof at times he part has PTSD episodes, and part has visions of the future when Cloud gets in his head but he's just so confused because he can't remember most anything other than his childhood with Tifa, he even forgets about Zack 😢
