In this video we walk around the suburb of Cloverdale in Perth, Western Australia. This is an affordable suburb close to the city that is currently undergoing the process of gentrification.
Most of the older homes are on larger blocks which are now making way for either large homes or groups of townhouses and units.
Cloverdale is in a fantastic location and is close to the city, the airport, shopping and major arterial roads.

Oh my God, your video randomly popped up in my feed. I started watching it and instantly filled with nostalgia. I fled Victoria and moved to WA in May 2021 settled in Rivervale. I instantly recognized Faulkner Park. Rivervale is right next to Belmont/Cloverdale. I attended the Ruth Faulkner library many times, spent countless hours working on my visa application there. Awesome how you captured video of Faulkner Park. Left WA in Feb 2022. Thank you for the trip down memory lane. Subscribed!

I lived there about 10 years ago.Moved out because of all the high density housing,traffic congestion,airplane noise and lack of green space for exercise.

thanks for the video. these areas have lots of potential, what the area really needs is a brand new public high school in that catchment. as you say there are primary schools, needs a new high school.

We generally talk about schools and shopping in our videos. We will start adding information about how far away from hospitals the suburbs are. GP clinics are in every suburb.
