My wife & I watch it all the time. So brilliantly written & performed... 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 We also almost always come away with some new little something that we'd never noticed or picked up on before. One our favorite things to do is focus on the actors we don't "typically" watch when we're viewing the film. I guess I mean whoever isn't necessarily speaking or doing the "main thing" in a given scene. Noticing their often subtle contributions is always a great experience as we find new humor we hadn't caught before. So much fun to watch... 🇺🇸
Holy shit dude what are the chances we saw the same video and stuck around to see the first 3 seconds of it. Thanks for pointing it out, would've missed it orherwise
@@TheFrugalVideoGamer Either way, I didn't love Mrs. White. In fact, I hated her so... much... ⏳ that... flames... ⏳ on the side of my face... ⏳ breathing, heaving, breathless... 😄 🇺🇸
Col Mustard saying "if I were him, I'd be suspicious already" is a CLUE, because his old driver would have recognized him and been suspicious why the colonel was there... I've seen this film countless times and still find new things. It was masterfully crafted
"Don't you think we should get that man out of the house before he finds out what's been GOING ON HERE!!!!???" 🤣🤣 0:27 I Love Mrs White! And all of her facial expressions! She's so funny!
"OH WHO CARES THAT GUY DOESNT MATTER!! LET HIM STAY LOCKED UP FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR!! THE POLICE WILL BE HERE BY THEN AND THERE ARE TWO DEAD BODIES IN THE STUDY!!!!" Sounds like the worst murderer ever
The guy cut his teeth on "Hair" "The Rocky Horror Show" and "Amadeus" before 1980 even came around. The guy had chops of steel long before this movie. Perfect guy to anchor a movie around.
This is how I feel when people ask me "are you not feeling well?" Do I say "yes" as in "yes I'm not feeling well" or "no" as in "no I'm not feeling well"
I grew up with this movie, my family quoted a LOT of it regularly, especially that "certainly....what was the question?" That and "I'M NOT SHOUTING, alright I am..." part. The greatest tragedy is that I showed this movie to my college friends and they all thought it was stupid.
+Jasmine Dubois OH WHO CARE!!! THAT GUY DOESN'T MATTER!!! LET HIM STAY LOCKED UP FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR...THE POLICE WILL BE HERE BY THEN AND THERE ARE TWO DEAD BODIES IN THE STUDY!!!😲
I've seen this movie well over 1000 times and always seem to find something new to laugh at. In this case. It's Mrs White tossing the glass at the end of her sentence lol
My favorite part about the scene is when everybody shouts no, you don't 100% know if they're actually answering the affirmative that nobody else is in the house, or if they just don't want to go through the fucking entire conversation chain again.
Scenes like this have made this movie a family favorite since I was a kid. We watched it so much we could recite the entire movie perfectly, word for word. XD
Each of these characters is a like a part of my addled brain: Col. Mustard is the analytic fact-finder Wadsworth is confused by the intricacies of language Prof. Plum is concerned about others' welfare Mrs. White just wants the noise and confusion to stop Mrs. Peacock is resigned to fate Miss Scarlet just wants a goddamn drink
Hahaha.......why are you tormenting me? Why did you come back? I was feeling better and now this. Why didn’t you let it go when I left? Why is it hurting so bad?
