I live in Australia, started watching the Bill in 1993. Never missed an episode up to the last one in 2010. I also have all the books. Thank you for putting this these episodes on RU-vid. I now can catch up on them.
Thank you 999 for this. I've previously only seen the last few years of The Bill and I loved it. This is wonderful. Great storylines and great acting. It's terrific seeing the characters/actors as young people starting out in their careers. I've watched a few today and can't wait to watch the next episode. I'd stay up watching for another few hours if I didn't have an early start tomorrow. Thanks again.
this is such a good show, it is so cool when roy walks into the office and sees the sargent eating ketucky fried chicken, they have the same kind of resturants here in the states where i live.thank-you for uploading this, well done.
Used to love watching the bill with my dad when i was a kid. Never seen these early episodes though so this is an absolute joy i found these. Loads of late nights incoming 😅😅
Oh this show was so good for a number of years, then they forgot the basic principle of only showing things from the coppers' viewpoint, got too involved with their private lives and we stopped watching.
I remember watching this episode with my mam and my friend Nicholas. Nick and I were young teens at the time and he got quite excited with June Ackland's top being ripped, exposing her bra.
Bruce'Devil'Payne always had bad guy roles. First time sw him was in Full Eclipse a 90s Movie with Mario Van Peebles and Patsy Kensit and For Queen and Coutnry with Denzel (1988)
I wonder if that's like a police academy move. One officer pulls the assailant back so the other one can get in front and knee the assailant in the cobblers?
I knew my boss watched The Bill, so in a meeting one day I described someone as being the "Reg Hollis" of the organization. She looked at me and said "I love Reg Hollis".... where could I go from there? We had a good laugh.
