Exactly well said, the game meta is more towards torpedo and grande launcher. Considering the speed of the ship, its bit risky if your in open and having GL is more effective than torpedo. Example Kylin which has only GL, I feel its one of the more underrated destroyers in the game.

This has become my favourite detroyer actually. Because it can fight at all ranges and can deal with all types of threats

Concise and incredibly detailed. While the ship may have excellent firepower, the other disadvantage that should be noted is the moderate vulnerability to missiles. To aircraft, it certainly is accurate and deals great dmg yet a tad bit too short on effectiveness against missiles leaving you to rely mostly on missile countermeasures. Then again... It's a destroyer. Not to mention, similar to the Ushakov. In the end, it's an incredibly formidable ship in terms of firepower. Potentially also could do solo missions but extra AA from teammates would help. You did a great review covering this ship, keep it up!

Yes, not so much on missiles, but from what I observed, that seems to be the case for most air defenses. Even with the strong aa of Varyag and Anchar don't intercept missiles as well as they do with aircraft. However, that's just my observations in online battles.

AA are mostly useless against missiles, unless the missiles launched from under the water.
