G41 and G42 are important codes to learn as you endeavor to become a better CNC programmer. These codes help you get the most life out of your tools and save you time when tools wear and parts begin to approach their tolerance limits.
Try and memorize these codes while you wait for the next video.
Whether you are a manual machinist, a hobbyist or just interested in learning how CNC programming code is structured, then this video series is for you. This series will teach you all about programming language so that you can manufacture parts without the aid of CAM software.
Upcoming videos will cover dozens of codes and their proper usage including troubleshooting common code problems.
Learning how to program with CNC code will open up many opportunities for you in machining and manufacturing.
Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like any further help in CNC machining. I am a machinist by trade and worked as a CNC machinist for a decade before beginning my teaching career in machining and CNC programming.

When I worked as a CAD/CAM programmer, I used to program a 0.01 mm diameter tool (end mill) this provided flexibility for the operator to select a range of re-sharpened end mills with specifications on the max/min diameter. Needed to provide lead in and lead out paths outside the machining envelope when evoking/cancelling the offset.

Is it below my understanding is correct Material on right side of tool while traveling from bottom to up G41 will shift cutter towards Left and away from part Material on left side of then tool ,while traveling bottom to up G42 will shift cutter to right side and away from Material.

Hello @ibrahimsedqpatel5203, If your tool is traveling from the bottom of the part to the top of the part on the outside of the part and your material is located on the right side of your tool, then you would use G42. G42 is cutter compensation to the Right. This means when you want to offset your tool to cut more material when your material is on the right side of your tool, you must use G42. See 4:15 in the video. I hope this clears things up for you.

I wanted to reach back out to clarify something regarding the G41 and G42. If you use G41 right from the start of your program rather than adding it in later to fix dimension issues then G41 will allow the tool to compensate to the left of its path and G42 will allow the tool to compensate to the right of its path. This video was intended to help you add code to eliminate dimension issues. I will post a video in the near future to clarify.

4:17 you switch g41 with g42.....g41 it's the left side of the tool

Thank you for the comment @lorenzopetrini. If you notice in the video, the red arrow switches from pointing down to pointing up. G41 indicates that the material that is being cut is on the left side of the tool and this is evident when the arrow is pointing down. G42 indicates that the material that is being cut is on the right side of the cutting tool and this is evident when the arrow is pointing up. I hope that this clarifies the switch at 4:17.
