Saw this 1 year late but i must add that chinese pomfret is expensive not because it tastes better than white pomfrets. It Is because it is more “meaty” with more rounded body shape. Personally i prefers the texture of white pomfrets - even the small ones (which you typically deep fry).
Yes Ah Pa, I was going to say that don’t cut that fish on the plate, as it’s smooth and it’s slippery and worry it could cut your hand.. Thanks for sharing your yummy fish..🐟👏🏻 Cooking is really patience with love when cooking our food, so it turn out to be beautiful and tastier💕😀
