Your English is very understandable Ah Pa! This dish looks so delicious, I ran out and got myself a nice whole Talapia to steam! I love ginger/scallion paste 👏🏼

What’s wrong with your English? So long we understand what u are saying good enough. Some people just wants to act atas and not everyone speaks Queen English. This is not an English class, it’s just a cooking class. It’s my bad English good enough to understand?
What I hope ah pa can help. Please also provide the chinese name. When I go wet market they don't understand english. What I love about ah pa. 1: He is not stingy with skills and knowledge. He share his 心得everytime in details. 2: He makes cooking really fun 3: He always encourage viewers to try out their own creativity. Ah Pa. Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate.
Ah Pa chef, you are simple and great chef. Thank you for sharing your recipes. My question on this recipe is, Do you use instant chicken stock. Now at market (such as Maggie brand) or you prepare chicken stock in advance. If so, how to prepare chicken stock?? Kindly advice. Thanks
haha... well uncle, i don't care if u speak english or england. as long as i understand the cooking, happy tio ho. i came here for the ginger paste hahaha
I was watching this video but I have to mute the speaker due to the annoying sound of metal spoon scrubbing the metal pan. Can you use a silicon spatula to avoid the noise for future video? I really would like to hear your explanation but can't tolerant the irritating noise.
Why don't you yse a small ladle to stir instead of a spoon? Thank you for your recipes and here's wishing you would use less "oks" in your conversation, lol sorry
