@@HossEehoss A lot of the stars who were there have the designers or the producers of their latest project pay the ticket cause it's publicity for them; many (if not most) of them don't pay it out of their own pocket. It's a transactional arrangement that benefits both The Met & the person paying for the ticket.

what is a bummer for me to realize is how people’s attitude is that the Met Gala can’t be allowed to not happen, instead of humanitarian crises.

I really like her and her art but that dress was horrible... they did her dirty with that one. The material was horrible and they had to cut it off when she got inside.

@@sandra-jones I have to disagree. That dress was sculptured to her perfect body. They understood the story behind the dress code which is Garden of Time and also think about the theme of fragile dresses that are warn once.Instead of going the east way off getting flower dresses, they went deep. Will always remember that dress because it is UNIQUE! No one has ever done that before

@@user-lg7ev9lm8b the dress wasn't actually molded to her body perfectly. It was molded; yes but not perfectly to her body. It was just stiff that's why she couldn't move. If you watch when they cut it off of her you can see that there was lots of room in the front, the hips and the but areas. The torso was body sculpted but the rest wasn't. I felt she deserved better. The sentiment and the idea behind it was great but it turned her into a meme.

Not only has she started transitioning into her mogul phase but she is on a world tour in a recession and it’s sold out. I am interested to see what other businesses she debuts before the end of the year, I just know she has other things up her sleeve.
