Aye, The starting with other firefighters getting left behind, Proves that you gotta get there on time!! Glad to see they put the effort in the get there as fast as they could though!
Part of it is the fact a team is bigger than the capacity/rating of the fire truck/engine. All will be paged and when the crew is complete they start driving. This to cover for late arrivals/fire men working a bit further away etc etc.

Wat ik me afvraag, wie verplaatst de auto's tijdens de uitruk? :P.. De bus van (volgens mij) de bevelvoerder stond aan de overkant van de weg bij de uitruk. Bij terugkomst staat hij op het brandweer terrein?..
Interesting...CO2 as refrigerant for the store's refrigeration. I had heard European carmakers were looking at it as an auto refrigerant. That certainly is better than ammonia in terms of hazard level! (and it's cheap and environmentally friendly...no Ozone depletion and a GWP of 1.)
CO2 is more dangerous then ammonia for human safety, you can't smell CO2. Its a silent killer..

R744 (CO2) refrigerant has the huge advantage to be very safe in case of a leak like on this video. A CO2 alarm has to be fitted in the location and an evacuation triggered in case an abnormal CO2 concentration is measured. Then just ventilate (as we have seen) and basically that's it. Not any damage to the goods on sale in the shop. The only thing is that if the pipework is not perfectly installed... there is a big tendency to have leaks because of the high pressures of working of a R744 system (170 bar = 10 times higher than usual refrigerants like R134a)

@@hyper2.034 I mean in order to use it as a refridgerant, you first have to gather it. It's not that it wouldn't be there if they don't use it, right?
De laatste keer dat ik in het centrum van Lunteren was zat er volgens mij nog geen AH of in ieder geval deze winkel was er nog niet. De parkeergarage is voor mij ook nieuw. Maar dat is ook al weer jaren geleden (een stuk of 6 denk ik). Ik ben wel jaloers op mijn collega's. Lekker even niks hoeven doen.
Maar even een vraagje, wanneer jullie vertrekken staan er nog 5 man omgekleed te kijken hoe jullie vertrekken. Komen zei met een ander voertuig of zijn ze gewoon te laat?
waarom is deze brandalarm geluid zo eng :( terwijl ik rookmelders niet eng vindt maar dit geluid verschrikkelijk heb er regelmatig nacht merrie,s van kunnen jullie me dat uit leggen
Normalerweise vertrauen deutsche Feuerwehrleute keiner fremden Steckdose, da nie sicher ist, ob sie richtig angeschlossen ist, und ob ein funktionierender richtiger FI Personenschutzschalter eingebaut ist. Allerdings gibt es seit kurzer Zeit mobile PRCD-S+ Schutzschalter. Das sind FIs mit Schutzleiterüberprüfung und einigen Zusatzfunktionen. Die werden aktuell auch verwendet, wenn Handwerker ihre Geräte gefahrlos an fremden Steckdosen anstecken wollen. Und mit diesen Schutzschaltern ist auch der sichere Betrieb von Feuerwehrausrüstung an fremden Steckdosen möglich.

Stikstof word alleen gebruikt met afpersen grote airco systemen hebben nog altijd koelmedium wat ze in de volksmond ook wel Freon noemen maar Freon is een handelsnaam, in centrale zuig systemen zoals in supermarkten word vaker CO2 gebruikt maar kleine vaak mobile koelingen kunnen ook Butagas hebben.
@@Nietzointeressantdoen Butaan R600 Isobutaan R600a Stikstof is een condenserbaar gas als heeft het vervelend hoge condensatie drukken. Maar als stikstof niet in twee traps koelingen gebruikt word wat zit er dan in die super vriezer's waar het Pfizer en Moderna vaccin bij -70° in word opgeslagen? Helium is een beetje een overkill... O ja bij de huisarts wratten weg branden doen ze met vloeibare stikstof... Afpersen (kijken of alles dicht is) doen we met Stikstof omdat we geen zuurstof bij de olie willen anders konden we ook simpel droge lucht gebruiken.
Not every small village might have one. But to be honest, they were really quick (and left some people behind probably because they took to long to arrive) so i see no problem with the reaction time. And we are not talking about a fire with people trapped and injured. The supermarket was evacuated, and this was presumably also communicated to the control center. At least, that is my strong assumption.
Ik kan me voorstellen dat telkens dezelfde mensen op de auto zitten omdat die kwa afstand dichtbij wonen, zoals de brandweerman in de intro. Ook kan ik het me voorstellen dat sommige brandweermannen dat niet heel tof vinden omdat ze dan minder mee kunnen maar wel paraat moeten en kunnen staan. Hoe gaat dat in de praktijk in werking? Is er een roulatie systeem ofzo? 😁
In sommige regio's werkt men al met het nieuwe PreCom systeem, hierbij deelt dit systeem het voertuig in op basis van wie er opkomt. Zo is er roulatie en heb je niet altijd dezelfde mensen op de eerste uitruk.

Ik heb een vraag aan de plaatser van deze video. De persoonlijke detectie welke de brandweer gebruikt meet meestal de gassen zuurstof (O) en koolstofmonoxide (CO). Echter in huidige koelsystemen wordt het gas koolstofdioxide (CO2) gebruikt en is de persoonlijke detectie welke de brandweer gebruikt niet geschikt hiervoor. Tegen de tijd dat namelijk pas de persoonlijke detectie op gebrek aan zuurstof alarmeert is bij inademing al een koolstofdioxide-vergiftiging gaande. Wat voor meter gebruikt de brandweer tegenwoordig? En als dit een zuurstof/koolstofmonoxide meter is, op basis waarvan geeft de brandweer het pand weer vrij om zonder perslucht te mogen betreden?

@@Derekva40 And you're wrong, because a fridge doesn't produce CO, it contains CO2 as a refrigerant and which is leaking here. CO2 can be an asphyxiant...
@@Derekva40 no, I'm not wrong. I know it, because I work with CO2. As Eddiecurrent2000 told you already, its used as a refrigerant and that CO2 leaked out in its pure liquid form out of a broken liquid line. And the alarm you can hear in the video is probably a CO2 Sensor-Alarm which goes off at a critical CO2-Level of 1,5%-3% in the air.
