Graham is a great interviewer because he does not make himself the focus. He asks his questions and moves out of the way.

Coach K’s advice is golden. Always look people in the eye and tell the truth. If you can’t do that simple thing, you don’t deserve any respect.

Finally an interviewer that asks the questions and lets the person speak without cutting them off! That and you actually listen to ask a decent follow up question. Where'd you go to school?

Every time I hear a legendary coach in any sport speak I end up thinking that they should lead our society. Politicians are good at arguing and debating to win just over half a group. Coaches are good at getting a group from different backgrounds with different ideas to work together for a common goal. Please vote Van Gundy/Van Gundy in 2020.

His story about Mike was about his respect and manners. His story about Lebron is about his haughtiness to not even look the great Coach K in the eye. Coach told it in a nice way to protect his little reputation.

Some things are just powerful gestures shaking hands and definitely looking someone in the eyes when your talking to them it's respect and so much more.😉

I think it's true for every profession every trade, the top 1% performers are outstanding in both hard and soft skills, can't be just one or the other.

I can't imagine college basketball without coach K. He made college basketball what it is today, everyone else had to rise to Duke's standards in the ACC to compete with them. You will never beat Duke unless you play your A game. Not a Duke fan but I envy them. though.

I wonder how many people who watched this, and lit into LeBron, watched the entire video. Coach K and LeBron are extremely close;on several occasions, he has stated that LB is one of his favorite people, as well as one of his favorite players. In spite of his "coach killer" rep, he's played for 2 coaches who got fired...Paul Silas (which had nothing to do with James;that was an owner's decision) and David Blatt, who the GM at the time canned because he saw, at several practices how the TEAM was not responding to Blatt as he and Dan Gilbert had hoped he would. James could have spoken up in Blatt's defense, but didn't. Several NBA insiders have stated that James didn't have the "juice" with Gilbert that many people thought he did. And, Gilbert couldn't wait for LeBron to leave. Remember, it took at least 2 years for MJ to respect Phil Jackson. Glad I watched the entire video, and did some further research about Coach K and Lebron's relationship. The title doesn't tell or infer the whole story.
