Don't feed the trolls Sir you're better then that! Great work keep it up I'm a 2nd dan in Korean Karate and have won U.S. national championships in taekwondo, karate, and kickboxing and served 5 years in the U.S. Army and constantly trained I am sure you know worlds more then I do but just a small critique that I saw. I think that girl has an amazing work ethic and is definitely being trained well but if you get her to pick her roundhouse from the front and work on that initial knee lift she could be so much faster especially on that snap front roundhouse other then that you guy are doing amazing work and its good to see some real martial artists putting in the work.
Gabriella I train in the same way man. Very few understand this type of training so don't attach yourself to what was said. Remember this it's easy to put down someone to help a lot harder to get your ass out there and try it.
