My girls did great! There were a few climbs they had to get off and push, but they rode everything else! Savannah is 11, and Gwenyth is 9. They are both pretty good on their bikes. But YOUR CHILD ABSOLUTELY NEEDS A QUALITY BIKE TO SAFELY RIDE THIS TRAIL! There are some areas that loosing breaks could go very badly. My girls are on Woom Off-Air bikes. I am blown away at how everything on these bikes just works as it should. Like a $5k adult MTB these bikes shift and break perfectly, and are around only 20 lbs.
