Coasteering - Bringing Back Old Hobbies I Used to Enjoy 

Back in Hong Kong, I used to go coasteering weekly. Coasteering is movement along the intertidal zone of a rocky coastline on foot or by swimming, without the aid of boats, surf boards or other craft. Hong Kong had a lot of coastline where this activity was relatively safe. In California, heavy tides and rip currents are common.. and the coastline is relatively unstable, making it too unsafe for this activity.
