Coconut Rice Cake | Glutinous Rice Flour Recipe
🌸 Eggs ~ 3 medium size
🌸 white sugar ~ 1 cup
🌸 coconut milk ~ 1 can (400ml) + ½ cup
🌸 coconut oil ~ 80g (a bit more than ⅓ cup) {⅓ cup = 72g}
🌸 Glutinous rice flour ~ 400g (1 pack)
🌸 Baking powder ~ 1 Tsp
🌸 salt ~ ½ Tsp

🍒 Bake for 1 hour in a 170°C (350°C) preheated oven.
