Real name is indeed Ameli but actually, MG82 is Spanish Army designation for this gun 🙂

It's different. The MG82, or Ameli, is much smaller and lighter than the MG42, and fires 5.56x45 NATO rounds compared to MG42's 7.92x57 Mauser.

Honestly I'm pretty happy that Treyarch is slowly catching up to MW's animations. The MG 82 isn't bad but could've been better if they sped it up a bit.
