Great video bud... this is how you film the cars... nice walk around, attention to details, not much camera shake, and a clip of the car you were just drooling over leaving the event. I just don't care for the looks of the 2019 ZR1 rag top. Now the all black 2019 ZR1 sport roof or whatever they call it, is the best looking Corvette I've ever seen!
The C6 and the C5s are way too common now and they are in that age area were they are old looking compared to the C7 and definitely the C8, but they are not old enough to look retro cool like even older Corvettes and especially the beautifully sculpted C4 (the design which both the C5 & C6 are derived from) which is really beginning to get popular with the Radwood generation. I am not saying this to insult anyones beloved Corvette I am simply stating this because it is definitely a lot of the conversation I hear with younger Corvette lovers today. To each their own as they are all wonderful vehicles
I love corvettes, but it’s interesting to see the different types of owners there are. Have your wingadingas w extra chrome; the performance enthusiast w drag wheels and a procharger/lumpy cam; your ricer, i.e spikey lugs, painted underhoods, and tacky color matching interior (not oem); and the classic cruisers. Still, for the money, there are few/no better platforms for performance.
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars, trucks and busses including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing petrol stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. They even plan to reduce the pump speed of public gas stations from 20 litre per minute to only 2 litre per minute to punish owners of combustion cars....from 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a completely new kind of crime here in Germany, called "Bundesabgasbespaßungsverbot" :-//
with all due respect no disrespect intended 🙏bottom line is for Right now we're looking at and wanting a C8 period never before here lately anyway people are actually talking more and more and more about this C8 Corvette , we are experiencing C8 Corvette Fever!!!!!!!!! , all the other Corvettes don't matter 🤷♂️, you soup'em up , decorate'em all you want, but a C8 Corvette will take the trophy home 🏆🙏, everytime I see a Corvette now on the street 🛣 if it's not a C8, stay at home Please ☺️🙋🏻♂️until we kinda get used to the New C8 Corvette, then Y'all can come back out Thanks 🤨✌, happy Corvette Summer 🏜🏕🏞🙏
