Today I have an interesting coffee chat with Evelyn, one of the pioneers in the specialty coffee industry and owner of a specialty coffee shop in Antibes, a touristic town in the French Riviera (Cote d'Azur). She has been working in speciality coffee for more than 15 years and tells us about her story, her travels across the world to coffee farms, and what it's like to open a specialty coffee shop in France where the coffee culture is very different than in her home country, Austria. She has made it her purpose to connect people through coffee and her shop, Nomads, is a friendly place where all kinds of travellers meet and talk.
