Very wise words about a really serious issue. Labelling is also the foundation behaviour that enables racism and other types of bigotry.

What if a behaviour or “mistake” is a repeating pattern how can I stop labelling myself then?

I think people don't label themselves positively for small accomplishments because it is against this 'participation trophy' narrative that is very prominent now. I have noticed that young people are heavily dismissed and labelled as lazy and entitled and it further reinforces the reluctance for them to cheer themselves up and at the same time it applies to people all ages because they know that if they appreciate their small accomplishments will be reciprocated in the same way. Points that you put across are valid and make a lot of sense but there is so many counter narratives that diminish the potential of the good ones, school system is a great contributor in that - people are assessed based not on their ability to think, but rather how good is their ability to memorise data - this is really sad. I think people should start taking into account how massively most peoples' ability to creatively approach problems, have a strong sense of self and be emotionally attuned with themselves is unfortunately not being reinforced in any positive way from the start.

Hi rami, (also sorry for my bad english). Are there any effective treatments available instead of medication for my this condition? My story is when I was young one day I was playing with my friends and at that time I suddenly slipped and fell on the floor which led one of my finger in my right arm to break. And that pain was very severe. After somedays it healed. But , after that incident I started Fearing 'physical pain' upto now. I start feeling fear that something painful like this or something more painful than this will happen to me in future. Whenever I go outside I starts feeling anxious that some painful accident would happen to me. Whenever I remember about my that bone broken incident I suddenly gets scared and I cry a lot and even feel depressed. I sleep with fear at night Because I always gets anxious that something physically painful may happen to me. As iam going through this kind of situation and when I watch any brutal murdering scenes at news my condition gets even worse and I suddenly gets sad and scared I get anxious that that same thing may happen to me in future. So, can this condition be treatable successfully without medication?
