what's the point of okw if u want retreat all the way back to base? tbh I'm not counting that as beautiful lose if u uploading because of that.

What is the sense of Tier 1 by OKW, if you have Wehrmacht teammates? Flak half-track is useless in mass games (fev shoots from your AT guns, and you have NOTHING). ESPECIALLY, if your teammate choose German infantry doctrine.

Hey Hans You are very good in 1v1 or 2v2. But 4v4 you should blob more. I missed early panzer 4. And your stukka missed the targets first 5 salves. Maybe wrong commander too.

Thanks for the video. Now I have a proof, that it's better to go to t2, because GOOD Wehrmacht teammate of yours will build medical bunker. The only problem: how to forse noob fri

Also, if you can, please tell me your opinion about one crazy idea of mine: In 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4 one of the Wehrmacht go for MG spam, play aggressively but not heal them (so later his 2 or even 3 OKW teammates could take that MGs (for example by sturmpioneers) while he will restore big manpower income (to use this huge manpower income for example to build cashes early or to go for some support doctrine (fuel airdrops/Opel Blitz that increases resources income or for example repair bunkers))).

@@user-cl4kc4st7z bad idea as the newly taken support weapons by the OKW will cost more to re-inforce.....if Sturm took it then it will cost 30 man power (or 35??)

@@cat_demon4405 what is the main goal in the start of the game? The main goal is to capture as much territory as possible and defend it (to get resources). Later that resources will be spend to get more strong army (tanks, rocket artillery, weapon upgrades for infantry), and for strong/useful abilities (smoke, recon, artillery and aviation strikes). OKW players can't build cashes (to get extra resources), but Wehrmacht - can. So, I think that it is reasonable to make manpower income of at least one of Wehrmacht players HIGH, so he can build cashes. But HUGE manpower income= LITTLE army (so, THREE his/her teammates should stop attack of FOUR enemies). This is not Supreme Commander, where you can gift some your units to your teammate (even if he has the same faction, not speaking about teammate who's faction is different from yours). So, gifting MGs, mortars,... it's long and difficult way, but if you really want to kill 2 birds with one stone - you will do this.

@@cat_demon4405 about recrewing by sturmpioneers. Let's look at this situation: you lost 3 of 4 your units (so, you have enough manpower to build them=> your allied enemies also could have 3 or even 4 units). In this situation having "holes" in defence isn't strange situation. So, MG 42 with volksgrenadiers crew was flanked for example by conscripts (volks can't win close combat against conscripts even with 5 models, not speaking about 3 models). So the only fate for this MG is to retreat and loose the territory. Sturmpioneers crew in this situation has bigger chanses (also, not forget about increasing survivability and firepower on 2-nd vet, which is not good as self-healing out of combat by volks (if we not speaking about surviving under the fire of enemy's rocket artillery), but this is 5-th vet bonus, so game could be loosed BEFORE MG will get 5-th vet).

I feel that 500 VP is too quick of a game. Doesn't allow for the most powerful units to even get in the match lol

I used to play 1000 VP skirmish games vs. A.I..... and while fun, they go on for waaaay too long lol might as well play an annihilate game.

The absolute state of Allied bias, early mg with efficient infantry and mortars lock out the map early in the game, followed by superior rocket artillery and earlier heavy, more versatile tanks. There is no counter to this kind of strategy, the rocket halftrack just cant compete with katyushas/calliope/land mattress/AVRE Axis is forced to play at a disadvantage the entire match. Worse artillery in all aspects Less efficient heavy tanks Expensive medium tanks Squishy infantry few in number that bunches up mostly without frag granades More costly with everything Slow tech up The list goes on

@@headphonesz6527 Exactly, but its beyond an allied player to understand this, he's won so many games because of his units that he cant grasp that he hasn't actually earned those wins. On this game in particular, we see more of a 2v2 anyways, since hans and a ostheer teamate are fighting the same soviet and british player the entire match. That alone already nullifies his comment. Anyone could simply watch a 1v1 or 2v2 high-level match here on helpinghans, the result 85% of the time is the same. I have 1100 hours of coh2, and 800 ranked axis games, ive played against all ranks and skill levels, and for the past 3 years, whenever there are 2 players equal in skill, the allied player will always win. Allies win by using the potential of their units. Axis wins by denying this potential and punishing mistakes. This concept is something an allied player will never understand, as with each game won further validates his or hers own judgement. Simply put: Allies don't take any skill whatsoever to play. Its always this same strategy for all game modes and any number of players. It has no effective counter other than hoping for a mistake Sad, really.

@@headphonesz6527 CoH2 has asymmetrical balance, so it is really hard to balance it outside of 1v1, because of synergies. Soviets and Brits work well together, because they cover their weaknesses. Soviets bring in non doc rocket arty and snares on mainline inf for example. If you nerf Sov/Brits or buff Ost/OKW in a teamgame context you have to keep the 1v1 in mind (the gamemode where the game is balanced around + all of the major tourneys are). Its is a tricky to balance asymmetrical factions outside of 1v1
