Hey dude Claudios voice is one of the most signifigant and amazing voices i have ever heard i i think there are a lot of people who agree with me on that.
Coheed gave me the brand new musical look i was looking for since ages,given the crappy canned music we are spoonfeed with today.The structure of the songs is amazing,lirycs are pure poetry,the bass fills are very well worked,claudios voice reach the sky and they carry an incendiary live show.What else could you ask for? :) I really think they are very talented people.
I have to say that the one thing I like most about Coheed, besides their amazing songs, is that they sound about exactly the same Live as they do on their records.
Claudio is rock... dont stop what youur.. doing.... your One Among The Fence..... Your the best at what you do and if you stop we would probably all lose faith in everything we do... you help me go everyday... thanks!!
Michael Todd, the 30-year-old bassist for New York-based progressive rock band Coheed & Cambria, spent last night in the Attleboro police lockup after he was pinched just hours before his band was set to open for Soundgarden at the Comcast Center in Mansfield. He was held on $25,000 bail today. No one from the band or the band’s label was in court today. Todd, who was replaced by a guitar tech during last night’s show, is due back in the Attleboro court Aug. 9.
i personally love Coheed and Cambria, some people love Claudio's voice, some people dont like it. What i think we can all agree on, is the pure awesomeness of his hair :) \m/
Im tired of hearing people talk about Claudio's voice, first time i heard Coheed I didnt even think Claudio's voice was high, just unique, and thats what makes him one of the best singers, ever.

So damn amazing. His singing in this is better than usual--his whole Taylor performance (the other songs included) was remarkable. I got chills when he went all intense at 2:15. Whooo.
this is THE best Blood Red Summer performance ever...i love it acoustic, his voice is amazing, it is always better live, and they both look like super wisemen with their beards and glasses

coheed should have a 3 song guarantee. 3 songs and you're hooked =) it was that way for me. first 3 i heard- Welcome Home(of course), Ten Speed(of gods blood and burial), and Mother superior. in my top 3 bands for sure
Eppard was out only a few months after Volume 1 came out. he had nothing to do with this album. Pennie wrote ALL of the parts and gave them to Hawkins to play. As Travis put it, Hawkins added his own "Taylor Sprinkles" into the parts. Pennie wrote it all.

@Dandrick815 Something I like about Claudio more than Maynard is that in every live performance I've seen of them on RU-vid (I haven't seen them live yet myself, but I've watched a ton of their live stuff on youtube), I've never heard him sing badly or not put some soul and effort into it. Maynard on the other hand, in some songs, rarely sings the same or with as much effort as the studio album version songs. Though, granted, the type of vocals in some of the songs he's singing are

Claudio has always been a little big, but that's why I love Coheed and the guys, they aren't skinny meth addicts or whatever they're just normal people. Kinda cool.
@zeester0101 some good ones that i like are "Gravemakers & gunslingers" "the running free" "ten speed (of gods blood and burial)" "mother superior" "no world for tomorrow" ....actually i would listen to the entire no world for tomorrow album (my personal favorite) *the year of the black rainbow* is a bit of a different sounding album, but its still pretty good. but give it all a listen, Coheed & Cambria is an insanely good band, once you get used to claudio's voice that is lol
God i cant take it this song is so fucking godly... i mean just his voice makes my ears bleed... the passion he puts in his voice and the method he uses to sing.. just look at his mouth.... my god can someone help me... im going crazy!!!! people arent used to unorthodox singing.. Robert Plant was also criticized for having an unusually high pitch voice.. same with The singer from Rush. Claudio is very talented, and without him I don't think Coheed would be as successful. People love unorthodox sometimes.
when i first hear coheed i described claudio as a pissed britney spears sounding singer......i am now ashamed of that comment.i now love coheed and think caudio's voice only compliments the awsome guitar and drums that makes coheed and cambria :D
