Sir.very good exercise.my nose always blocked with polyps.how i can do this one .not breathing well.any solution for nasal polyps sir.i have tried more .but nothing works for me.

Madam, You have to start with basic pranayama. Then you will get relief from polyps. After that you can practice this asana. With polyps, you can't do this asana.

Sir, dry cough na, unga udambu soodu adigama irukku. Neenga, oru tumbler warm water le, oru spoon honey kalandu kaalaiyile sapudunga. Javvarisi (sabidana) kanji yagavo alladu payasamagavo kudikkanum. Kaalaiyil badam pisini yeduthukollungal.

Sir / Madam, for dust allergy, you can do this asana. It will definitely help. For gerd, you have to take jeera water, reduce spicy and oily foods.

Madam, u should not open your mouth while exhaling. Try to do slow breathing initially so that you can slowly improve. Incase you are not able to do, please let me know.
