Used to always go out to get cold brew but I agree - much too expensive! And most places are just ok. I buy either Stoked or Starbucks Cold Brew jugs (both at Target) and then put a little almond milk in it. Great too cause then you can decide if you want a lot or a little, don't have to go anywhere, can use reusable cup, and much cheaper that way! Pretty easy to make yourself too if you are feeling fancy.

as someone who works at Starbucks I swear we use the same method/brewing time every batch but the cold brew tastes different every time so sorry to disappoint queen go get your money back!

Do you make cold brew at home? If I drank it everyday I would... I live really strong coffee... so I buy Starbucks by the pound and brew it at home... I find some of their coffees to be bitter... I don’t drink cold brew but maybe they used a blend you don’t care for? I love Sumatra but hate their Colombian. Anyway I’d love to see you try to make it at home

Haha, honestly not surprised Starbucks let you down. It is definitely not the best coffee around, and when you compare it to other (better) coffee, you'll notice! (But I'm European, we tend to not like Starbucks :) )

I also had that realization with sbux recently when I made a batch of cold brew with their beans and it tasted like chemicals. I've literally been using their beans to make cold brew for yearssss I just now realized that it's kinda trash

Lol I had the same shock and disappointment with Starbucks when I started to branch out to other coffee shops...I thought Starbucks and I would be together forever...nope🙅‍♀️
