I went out for the FIRST RIDE after installing a TORQUE CONVERTER. I rode the Coleman pretty hard. Amazing lil bike ! Except for the cheap chain that comes stock. After a year of riding street, it was time to get her out. I did. and sure as sh%$, I broke down just after passing the apex of the trip.
I talked to a lot of people. Some helped where they could, some couldn't.
Lots of lessons were re-learned on this ride. Being prepared is something I stress about when doin mods to my machines. What drove me to personal verbal flogging, is the fact that I had prepared for the situation that interrupted my ride. I JUST LEFT ALL THAT GEAR IN THE VAN. I DIDN'T PACK MY GEAR BECAUSE THAT 5 MINUTES WAS TOO LONG.
After all, I was just going for a short burn in ride.
