I'm pretty sure it's her genes, not the collagen. I believe she is filipino. I have a friend that is filipino and she too looks way younger than her age.

After watching this video, I immediately subscribed. I love that you keep reminding us to consult with a doctor and you actually consulted with one. Also, you remind us to research thoroughly before taking supplements. This is very informative video, unlike those youtuber skin expert wannabes.
I am taking collagen and at the same time Vit C. I notice that my skin looks so glowy and different from before when I was not taking collagen and Vit C. One thing I forget to mention, I have recently cut my hair before taking collagen. It makes me suprise that my hair is growing faster in just 5 days.
Collagen can be great for you but; Careful: If you are sensitive to collagen supplements, they can cause severe cystic acne. It happened to me and took my a long time to trace it back to the collagen. Always consult with your actual doctor before taking any supplements.

I've been taking many brands of collagen Pure beauty collagen,Frozem collagen powder,IVI collagen drink,Beauti drink and DHC collagen. Based on my experience they're effective for me but in long term use. Btw I'm 16 y/o🙂 lol
Ever since I took collagen ang bilis ko na magka scars.. Hindi po talaga ako makeloid na tao pero ngayon grabe na...Konti at maliit na sugat lang nagiging keloid na. I cant believe you said type 1 and 3 collagen is the best to take. FALSE FALSE FALSE. You need to take collagen peptides of hydrolyzed collagen. When type 1 and 3 is ingested it is broken down into peptides and the absorbed into the blood stream. Once it gets to where it is going it then is assembled into the type that is needed in that area. This means it does not matter what type you consume. You just need collagen peptides or hydrolyzed collagen because the type 1 and 3 is too big to be absorbed into the body and will always be broken down into much smaller peptides. Come on man do your homework. I encourage all reading this to do your study.

I recently started taking the Vital Proteins Collagen powder and I am so disappointed in the way it tastes and smells. It's so weird to me how so many people say it's odor- and tasteless, but I DEFINITELY can smell and taste it and it isn't good at all. I'm going to make myself keep taking it and finish the jar because I've only had it for a week, but I HATE it.
This was very helpul....I had lines that jus appeared on my face I did some researched and learned creams don't help some lines....the lines had to be worked on from the inside of my body.....so I will be trying this....I tryed garlic it was working but swallowing whole cloves are garlic everyday is a bit much...but I did see a difference in my skin
My dermatologist needs to watch this. He says that this stuff doesn't work. I disagree. I know a woman almost in her 80s that takes it and her skin looks wonderful and it helps tremendously with her joint pain.

Nope, my 80 year old grandma takes collagen and hyaluronic acid, and those totally diminished her knee pain in just a little over a month of taking them. That's why I'm looking into it to start using it myself.
