that’s a nearly 10 year old video that was edited by someone other than me. if you watch anything newer you’ll see we figured out no music years before you suggested it. but thanks for taking the time to comment 👊🏻

So if I want the the 2 round extension tube and the c-stock. Then a trigger assembly and a follower would make it legal?

Sounds right, but it serves you well to check with the ATF to be sure.

I've never heard of anyone actually getting busted for not being 922R compliant. Sounds like one of those add on charges.

@@FreedomFighterTactical I completely agree, I personally am a strictly by the books person. Even if it something as ridiculous things like 922R compliance. I actually watched this video because I plan on picking up a Benelli M4 very soon myself

So if adding the stock adds 1 imported part why do you need to add 4 US parts to keep it compliant? The math doesn't add up. Shouldn't adding one or two US parts get you back to the original number or better?

read my 922r page on the site your math is off because your understanding of what triggers 922r is off but that page will help you

I think the state law in NY restricts adding the collapsible stock. I know you're not a lawyer and don't give out legal advice, but can you confirm if this is true. My intention is to replace the mag tube with a titanium fft seven round mag tube. And probably just add the mesa stock.

Actually, I am a lawyer, so I’m very careful to ensure I’m not giving legal advice. In answer to your question, I do not know New York law in regards to collapsible or skeletonized stocks on this gun - I’d find someone local who can help you. I think I’ve heard these stocks are outlawed there, but I really do not know.

@@thomaslang4939 Unfortunately under New York's Un-Safe act, a collapsible stock on a semi-automatic shotgun automatically makes the shotgun a scary lethal assault weapon thus making the weapon illegal.
