Yo josh i did some testing on that mission Freefall on PS2. those dudes are totally headshotable every single time. The aiming just seems to be less accurate in that first person camera like its not centered or something. If you use a trainer to switch weapons it takes you out of that first person mode an there all headshotable like normal enemies. Must just be that first person view thats making it difficult to do each time
