I was excited about mine the day i picked up. Unavoidable are the tiny scratches from the road like little rocks or whatever that hit your lower front and marks the paint. I look after it so well while these damn marks make me cry. I'm happy for you and that smile will last a long time.

I had one of these a couple of years ago, you're right they are not very economical especially on city drives but get out of town on a run and it's not too bad I got over 40mpg but nobody buys a I30N for it's economy. I loved N mode but my god it made the suspension hard lol. When I bought mine here in England they told me to run it in for 600 miles (1000km).
Nice 👌🏾, even the manual says 1000km i just got it there recently and its fast and proper. The suspension i just use N Custom and set suspension to soft and steering wheel because the steering also gets hard in N mode.

Looks great! I also went from aw Polo GTI to face lift i30n, for me the eco mode doesn't make a difference over normal so for daily driving I have everything in normal with exhaust fully open. The fuel consumption should get a bit better when you reach around 3,200km, new cars are always a little worse at the start.

Congrats. Wish you well with this car. Though it does seem bitter sweet because it is perhaps an empty feeling to come from German ride to anything else. Prices are high for GTI and R these days. Fuel is just something not to think of. We accept that fast cars are this way so that's cool😅
