Dam that is one awesome set up :) Such an interesting room with everything having its place and plenty of colors popping. your obviously a strong painter, the hulk repaint looks superb. I agree on the hellboy, I too think its joint best with what they have released. I need it lol.
really like those good smile teenage mutant ninja turtles statues.. as soon as i saw them and heard the name i started searching them up.. to bad no luck in my country can only find one of them and i want all 4... to bad shipping them cost a crazy amount ;/ really like the repaint you did. nice collection a mix of everything. you must have a great wife if she let's you take up all this space with this amazing collection :)

i had no idea sentinels had "ironman heart and palm lights" - magnificent collection and inspiration - i've collected toys my whole life , just got back into painting minis and setting up small displays of my better toys - next step is statues/sideshow/maquettes/garage kits etc. Starting with Xenomorph and predator , then moving into all my "many many many" works of art/fiction tributes be they statues or what have you. Adam Savage over at TESTED is a big inspiration. I only wish I could have "known as a kid that props/etc is what I wanted to do" albeit practical effects are seen far less in films, those who are trained to "do that stuff" get great jobs for Sideshow, etc and many have their own completely seperate small business pieces they show off at Cons and so forth. I think it's really cool that you were not "scared to paint" some of your stuff like HULK , despite not knowing how much work like that you've done (airbrush would be a great thing for Santa to get for you btw) I can tell you love these characters and the "stories they are from" for lack of better phrasing - I like to see someone who paints/makes as well as collects. For all I know you painted your Anime Garake kits especially, unless you got someone else to. If so, kudos. Great video, great perspective on DIY and not being "scared to touch (especially with re-sale likely ruined even though you improved it. Thanks for sharing - keep it up, I'll be exploring your channel. OF course I subbed.

Thanks man. There's a Facebook page called statue collectors that you can join or a forum called statue forum or sideshow freaks. Both are great places for info and to meet fellow collectors. As for buying, eBay and Facebook page called statue collectors bst is great. Make sure to do your research and don't overpay too much! :) Both of those pieces should run you about $1k each.
Yeah lol. But super gratifying. It lets us be kids at an adult level. Taking our childhood memories and bringing them to life in the most bad ass way. Its expensive but Im really glad I started this hobby.
Wow Amazing collection. Your Galactus is pure beast. I remember back in the day I had a pack of Marvel Top Trumps, Galactus was practically unbeatable, I think the only one who could beat him was Dr Doom in one category.

nice collection and even before you started to describe it, I noticed the amazing color on Hulk immediately. Your painting looks so much better than the original color. I was actually disappointed with the color when I received mine. Please share how you added the arc reactor into Mark VII bust. it looks so much better! I would love to do the same.

Hi! Awesome collection! Of the Mythos series, I have the Vader and the Obi Wan statues. I'm just wondering if you'd be willing to sell the Ewan Macgregor head. To my disappointment, I had duplicates of the Alec Guiness head and Sideshow says that they do not have anymore any replacements. Appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
Lol what a difference a few months makes!! Dude. I literally can't disagree with anything you say here!! I have the hellboy and it is one of the best statues I have ever seen in hand, it's also one of my wife's favourites!! You have some serious talent mate as that hulk looks the sh!t after your paint job!! I hoover the thanos so that's were we are decided a bit!! Still love him too much!! Mine is a little more shaded than yours for some reason!! The punisher and venom are on my statue review bucket list!!!! Lol epic collection my brother! Great job

No brother I have the pre order for the xm venom as it's cheaper!!! My concern with the comiquettes is the size as that venom is 13" in all directions and the venom I love and remember is huge!! Just a bit smaller than hulk!! I have the carnage and he comes up big for 1/4 as does the spidey comiquette that Alex has so I don't know why they did the venom so small! I have the new pf spiderman on pre order and it's seems to be another big piece so I felt that venom would come up too small for me!! The punisher is 1/5 no? I think you display it perfectly as it did not look out of place in your set up at all!! Peace

here ya lol. I have the wife 75% on board of covering our family room in statues:) she was ok with hulk prem format and an ironman maqutte. attempting on getting some besta in here lol.
Nice collection. I'd like to see more in depth videos on the Sentinel maquette and the Galactus PF. And what are your thoughts on the XM Magneto statue?
Thanks for watching! I actually did a review on Galactus already. I still need to do one on sentinel. He's a great piece though. Xm magneto is super high quality and very heavy. It's a unique design.... That being said, it's not for me. I'm not a fan of the head sculpts. They have a plastic look to them and don't have life. The rest of him is very cool though. In my opinion though, he's a $1500 statue and not worth the price he's going for. I really think sideshow will do another magneto eventually. I would wait.

Still, sounds good :) question. I have an Assassins creed pvc statue that I bought second hand. it must have never been dusted and been standing in the sun at the other owners place cause it´s sticky as can be. Would laying it in hot water and soap be recommended. or would that affect the color to much maybe?
