That game the refs screwed Michigan. That play was clearly targeting and plus the Cornelius Johnson td being wiped when it was a td.

@@real_kerbzYT It happened on the chalk....I thought that players and team personnel had to stay behind the chalk during a live play.....

@@bluedog424 as long as they don’t interact with the ball or ball carrier unless it’s a fumble, then he’s fine

@@real_kerbzYT But that can't be right. What about the guy trying to make the tackle? It can't possibly be okay to impede a potential tackler....just doesn't make sense. Been trying to look this up as far as the rules go but so far can't find anything. But it can't possibly be legal to impede a would be tackler......

@@bluedog424 if the defender runs out of bounds (or in this case the offensive player) he can't make the tackle.
