Ok, thank you! I was trying to figure out if that’s actually why he as getting pushed around. Fuck that guy. I bet the first guy had a dirty hit on the QB, drawing the penalty, so when the player tries to help the QB up it’s almost like showing up the first guy.
9:08 The JMU player being flagged for that is one of the worst calls I've ever seen. The QB is dragging him by the facemask and refuses to let go until they hit the wall lol
ACC refs. As an FSU fan, I know them all too well. Cunningham knew he didn't get the first down and caused a "late hit" to pick it up. They should really allow review for penalties like that.
@encycl07p3dia That would have been on the QB in the NFL cause after they hit the wall the defensive player wasn't even doing anything extra just tapped his face mask then got knocked down again yet he got ejected dumb call no one should of been ejected should of been unnecessary roughness on the QB
That James Madison call was a joke....that kid #44 was dragged out of bounds by the idiot QB from Louisville.....The QB should have been ejected and suspended...they nearly caused the one sideline guy to head first into the rock wall, and we wasnt wearing padding.
Referee was definitely being paid by someone, whether it be George Kliavkoff or whomever, to help Louisville win. I'm not a fan of either team, but that ref should have been fired.
9:16 Poor dude. The quarterback just grabbed him and pulled him into the wall. He got up and pointed to his facemask to make his case and got shoved down again. And to add insult to injury, he was ejected.
I will never understand why ppl will jump to another persons aid when they’ve clearly don’t something wrong. Also the Missouri player talking shit to his teammate and shoving him bc his teammate wanted to help someone up sometimes makes my blood boil like that shit pisses me off
5:03 put that "C" on #2 chest and take it off that guys... Don't force others to be bad sports like you and for damn sure don't prevent someone from showing good sportsmanship.
@9:55 I don’t know what video the review official was watching but the punk QB from Louisville should have been ejected for grabbing 44 face mask which in turn led to the scuffle.
Actually glad to see that on the Houston sideline on that first one. Force immediate accountability on the play, even though it probably only lost them about 2 yards.
damn i should become a ref 😂 buddy from jmu was innocent, he clearly had his facemask pulled... should've been a double penalty at least!! & kentucky lowkey started the fight vs missouri. a lot of these calls were one-sided asf !!!
@@slpater1He couldn't stop, he was still being pulled by the face mask, that's why it looked like he was shoving. Maybe look at the replay?? Just a recommendation.
Wait just one minute. That play in the OSU-Rutgers game was a fake punt with Ohio State leading by 39? I only played through HS, but my coach would be supremely pissed if one of us did not hammer that runner when he ran out of bounds. Back in those days this was not "old school", it was how the game was played. When I was a HS senior we were playing a team whose head coach was a teacher and JV coach the previous year at our school. This guy played pro ball with the 49ers in the very early days of their existence. Back then, HE was old school and had the most funny stories about his time in the NFL. Anyhow, in the game in question we blew out his team 69-0. By the middle of the 3rd quarter our coach had pulled our starters and our second teams still ran amok. In the fourth quarter we kicked off after another touchdown and our kicker's plant foot lost it's grip on the grass just as he kicked the ball and it created the most perfect onside kick in history. We recovered the ball and scored again. After the game, our head coach, to his everlasting credit, made our kicker break protocol and take off his helmet for the post game handshake. He then made him explain and apologize to Coach Lee for the "onside kick". Coach Lee KNEW that our head coach would have never ordered the onside kick and he waited for the apology that he knew would be forthcoming. Today? There is a sad lacking of respect for the game and it's traditions.
I was a safety in high school, and on one play I was running in step with the other team's star wide out, and as the ball was in the air[it was an overthrow, no way this guy was going to catch it]this guy grabbed my face-mask, yanked and twisted so hard he tore it off my head and threw my helmet down field. As he cursed at me, I looked at the Back Judge with my arms spread in a "WTF" stance; the Back Judge just looked me in the eye, shrugged and ran back towards the original line of scrimmage. I popped the bastard later in the game real good and he cried about it for the rest of the game. Refs cut me some slack on that one.
I agree with Rutgers for belting the punter. It’s 49-10. I know it probably wasn’t a called play, but you can’t be faking punts up 39. Obviously a penalty but I don’t blame him
I disagree. Teams are not only within their rights to, but expected to play to win at all times. If you don't like getting blown out, then be at your team and coaches for not training harder. Don't assault other players for playing the game.
Ohio State going for it on 4th down, up 49-10 in the 4th quarter, is fucking bushleague football. I can understand why the Rutgers head coach was pissed at Ryan Day. Fuck you, Ryan.
Day running his mouth again. Two things are going to result from that…1 Somebody is going to teach him the different meaning of shut up from stand up. 2 He is going to have a Woody Hayes vs Clemson moment ….that will probably get him fired. Was his lip quivering this time?I hope I’m there for both of them.
No impulse control; angry at the world; violence is always the answer; etc. You know, there was a time when this type of behavior led to you being thrown off the team. There was a time when a coach looked for quality MEN to play for them. Now you can be a gang member but as long as you can run fast and catch a football you're welcomed with open arms. Sports in general has transitioned from sportsmanship and teamwork to THIS. It's really sad.
Oregon. Ducks and Standford cardinal no more. Football game for the both of you. Both of you Oregon and Standford are ejected. For mender of the game they will cry boo hoo. To their mom and dads.
