great job, I am restoring 2 3 1/2 Columbians. I hope they turn out as good as yours did.

Thank you.. the casting on these vices are quite good. So I'm sure you will end up with an excellent result. Cheers and good luck.

Good video, nice restoration. Maybe the speeded-up parts could be like 10% slower? Look forward to your next one.

Thanks for the compliment and the advice.👍 Just curious what part would you have like to have seen a bit slower? I ask because I feel like my videos end up way to long if left full length. Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.

@@mjlrestorationshop.2405 The "final assembly" portion. As a viewer, all the prep is leading up to the reward at the end, and I feel that the process of the final assembly is a part of that reward for having watched all the disassembly and prep stages. Hope that helps.

@@grahamcameron7628 Indeed it dose, Thanks.. constructive criticism is always welcome. I'm pretty green at the entire video editing and what goes where portion. Hopefully as I do more I'll level up bit by bit. Cheers Graham.

Could be that you did not prime first... nicely done though. 👍

Could very well be.. its always a good idea to prime anything before painting. Probably in the future I'll try and prime one to see if it's that.. or the fact that I have the tendency to put too much on at once. 🤣 Cheers
