thank you so much for this! i'm doing my IB theater research presentation on the commedia dell'arte and I really wanted to focus on the movements of the servetta as my theater convention and this was very helpful!

Is she Columbine or a different character?

She is Colombina. Colombina is just one of many names this character has. Servetta’ means ‘little maid’ in Italian. Hence: the female servant of Commedia dell’Arte. She can have many names including Colombina, Corallina, Smeraldina, Franceschina and many others.
