The exaggerated hands point is really interesting, I wonder if that’s why in Genshin Impact’s A Winter Night’s Lazzo video game trailer, their version of Pantalone is shown first with his hands before the camera zooms out to have the next shot be him saying he’s not going to give his employees the day off on a national day of mourning with a smile on his face

Hi, Thank you for your comment. Thanks to you I've just discovered a world that I didn't know existed. I did not know that Commedia dell'Arte's archetypes inspired video games' creators. I've just looked at 'A Winter Night's Lazzo' video game to understand a bit more about it. They used the commedia names but developed their own characters with completely different physicalities. But the video game's creators probably utilised some features of traditional commedia to develop their own world. Veery fascinating! Will explore more about this...THANK YOU!!

@@MovementActorTraining you’re welcome! I find it super interesting too, a lot of genshin impact Fatui theorizing videos use the characters’ archetypes from the commedia del arte to try to predict what the harbinger sharing that name will act like
